Monitoring - A fix for the intermittent issue has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. Thank you for your patience.

Update - A fix has been developed and is currently being deployed into production. This process will take a few hours to complete and we will be monitoring for improvements to the customer experience.

We have also increased server resources so the combination of actions means we should stop seeing the intermittent issues very soon.

Update - Progress has been made with a potential fix for this intermittent issue and the software engineering team are now going through full regressions tests prior to a deployment to live.

There have also been some actions taken which should reduce the frequency of the issues while we wait a permanent fix.

Update - Our team is continuing to devise a fix for the current intermittent issue logging in which are affecting a number of our customers for short periods of time.

Due to the area this investigation covers and our desire to provide a substantial update in our next message, we will send our next status update as late as early morning of June 9th (tomorrow).

Identified - The HotSchedules website and iOS mobile applications continue experiencing intermittent latency for some users. The engineers have identified the issue and are currently working on the resolution.

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and will update this status as soon as we have fully resolved this issue.
